Acquisition Logistics Support Manager (ALSM), May 2008-August 2011

Performed work as an Acquisition Logistics Support Manager on an acquisition logistics support (ALS) team supporting various programs and projects for the Government. Coordinated full life cycle support for deployed systems both CONUS and OCONUS. Trained and supervised a coworker on the process of collecting information and producing the monthly status report. Reviewed program documentation and authored user manuals. Assisted with web collaboration and started a blog on the PM page for team perusal. Created new employee manual for incoming personnel.

Worked with development teams to learn and accurately write descriptions and processes for installation, preparation, test, user, and configuration manuals.

Staffing Coordinator (July 2004-December 2005) - Responsible for creating, writing, and editing the HR newsletter with a distribution to a 1200+user community. Developed company handouts to include job fair tri-folds and point of contact lists using Adobe Illustrator. Aided in the creation of a recruitment manual that defined the process to be used by HR staff.
